What documents will I need to verify my Luxon account?

In order to make a deposit or receive funds you will need to verify your account. To verify your Luxon account, you will need to provide the following documents:

  •  A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence. We do not accept birth certificates. If you don’t have a government-issued photo ID, please get in touch with customer service and we will try and find an alternative method.
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement, the document must clearly state your name and address and must be dated within the last six months.

We verify your data electronically where possible.
