User identification will be based on their <\/span><b>email address<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Funds will remain in a <\/span><b>PROCESSING <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">status until the user opens an active Luxon account, at which point the payout will be <\/span><b>PROCESSED<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To utilize this feature, the user\u2019s <\/span><b>email <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">should be provided in the <\/span><b>\u2018email\u2019 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">parameter and you also have to add a\u00a0 <\/span><b>\u2018isPendingPayout=true<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216; parameter in the request body.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optionally, to enhance security, you can also provide the user\u2019s date of birth in the <\/span><b>\u2018dateOfBirth\u2019 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">parameter. This identifier will be cross-checked with the user\u2019s verified Luxon account KYC details. If the details don\u2019t match, the payout won\u2019t proceed and you\u2019ll receive a notification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Use Cases:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Scenario A: User with an Active Luxon Account<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the provided email address is already associated with a Luxon account, it is processed as a regular <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/luxon.com\/api\/create-payout-with-email-without-walletid\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payout with Email<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Scenario B: User Without an Active Luxon Account<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the user doesn\u2019t have an active Luxon account:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The funds are recorded as a payout in a <\/span><b>\u2018PROCESSING\u2019 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">status, awaiting the user to activate their account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During this processing period:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot see or use the processing funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can Cancel the transfer from the Merchant Business Admin (<\/span><b>MBA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user receives an email notification prompting them to activate their Luxon account.
