Who can apply for a business account?

To open a Luxon Pay business account, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Incorporated and active company: Your company must be fully incorporated and currently active.
  • Registered in an eligible country: Your company must be registered in a country that qualifies for Luxon Pay business accounts.
  • Supported legal form: Your company’s legal form must not be a charity, public sector entity, or cooperative. During the sign-up process, all supported legal forms for your jurisdiction will be listed. If your legal form isn’t listed, unfortunately, we cannot support your company at this time.
  • Non-restricted industries: Your company must not operate in industries that are unsupported by Luxon Pay.

Which countries qualify to apply for a business account?

To apply for a business account, the following criteria must be met:

  • Your company must be registered and have documentation proving its physical presence in an eligible country.
  • The individual applying for the business account must reside in an eligible country.

UK, EU, EEA, Rest of World excluding USA and sanctioned countries.

My country or territory isn't supported

If your country isn’t currently supported, there’s no need to worry — Luxon Pay is actively expanding its business services. You can still submit your application, and we’ll add it to our prioritized waiting list. Once our services become available in your country, we’ll notify you right away.

What verification checks are required during the set-up process?

During the onboarding process we will need to verify your

  • Personal identity, via a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driving licence
  • The corporate structure, via ownership chart
  • Main shareholders and directors
  • The business incorporation details, via Certification of Incorporation, Articles of Association and / or Audited Annual Report for the most recent completed financial year.
  • The business address

How do I log in to my account?

  1. Go to the Luxon Pay login page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your business account.
  3. Enter your password.

What can I do if I don’t remember my password?

  1. Go to the Luxon Pay login page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your business account.
  3. Click ‘Forgot password’.
  4. Follow “set a new password”.

I’ve lost access to my email, what can I do?

Please contact support to regain access to your account.
