1. Eligibility:
• Players must process their tournament buy-in through the Luxon Pay application to qualify for bubble protection.
• To claim bubble protection, the player must have entered the tournament at least once using Luxon Pay.
• Bubble protection is only applicable to specific tournaments as advertised.
2. Definition of Bubble Protection:
• Bubble protection guarantees a refund of the buy-in amount if the player finishes as the 'bubble’ (the first position outside of the paid places), provided that no deal or split of the last paid position has been made.
• The refund amount will be equal to the tournament buy-in, excluding any additional fees or charges.
3. Claiming Bubble Protection:
• Bubble protection is automatically applied when players process their tournament buy-in through the Luxon Pay app.
• The determination of the bubble player will be confirmed by Luxon Pay in consultation with the Casino or Tournament Director, relying solely on the official casino tournament system and the name of the player eliminated in the bubble position.
• Refunds will be processed within 72 business hours after tournament results are verified.
4. Limitations and Exclusions:
• Bubble protection is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the bubble position, Luxon Pay’s decision will be final. *
• Bubble protection does not cover re-entries or add-ons.
5. General Conditions:
• Luxon Pay reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse will result in disqualification from the offer.
• By participating in this offer, players agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
*Means that if there’s any disagreement or argument about whether a player is truly the “bubble” (for example, due to unclear tournament standings or disputes about deals/splits), Luxon Pay has the final say on the matter.
This clause helps protect Luxon Pay from lengthy arguments or appeals from players who might try to contest the decision, making the process more straightforward and efficient.
