To open a Luxon Pay business account, you must meet the following requirements:
Incorporated and active company: Your company must be fully incorporated and currently active.
Registered in an eligible country: Your company must be registered in a country that qualifies for Luxon Pay business accounts.
Supported legal form: Your company’s legal form must not be a charity, public sector entity, or cooperative. During the sign-up process, all supported legal forms for your jurisdiction will be listed. If your legal form isn’t listed, unfortunately, we cannot support your company at this time.
Non-restricted industries: Your company must not operate in industries that are unsupported by Luxon Pay.

The corporate structure, via ownership chart
Main shareholders and directors
The business incorporation details, via Certification of Incorporation, Articles of Association and / or Audited Annual Report for the most recent completed financial year.
