No, you will not be able to withdraw from a merchant account to your Luxon Pay account if the account is not registered in your name. Your merchant and Luxon Pay account name, email address and date birth must match or the withdrawal will fail.
Step 1 – Visit the merchant site you want to transfer your money to, select Deposit / Cashier
Step 2- You will see Luxon Pay listed as a payment option.
Step 3 – Select Luxon Pay. Fill in the details as requested by the merchant, the amount and continue to the next page.
Step 4 – Enter your Luxon Pay credentials and click continue.
Step 5 – A summary of your payment information will appear, enter your password and complete the transaction.
Step 6 – Always transfer money in the currency your merchant account is in, otherwise you may incur a currency conversion fee by the merchant.
