To become a Luxon Pay VIP you simply use your Luxon Pay to deposit with your favourite online merchants. Reach the minimum quarterly merchant deposit thresholds and your VIP status will be guaranteed for the remainder of that quarter and the next quarter the day after you reach the minimum quarterly merchant deposit criteria.

Luxon Pay has three different VIP tiers:

Classic tier is assigned to a fully verified customer who has made successful eligible deposits into merchants between €3,000 – €9,999 (or currency equivalent) per calendar quarter.

Premium tier is assigned to a fully verified customer who has made successful eligible deposits into merchants between €10,000 – €29,999 (or currency equivalent) per calendar quarter.

Noir tier is assigned to a fully verified customer who has made successful eligible deposits into merchants between €30,000+ (or currency equivalent) per calendar quarter.

To maintain your VIP tier or to reach a higher VIP tier you must make successful eligible deposits into merchants within the calendar quarter.

For example, if you reach Premium tier on the 1st May, you are guaranteed to keep your VIP tier for May, June and quarter 3 (July, August and September).

However, if you do not deposit the minimum amount of deposits in quarter 3, you will be reduced to Classic tier at the end of quarter 3, so on 30th September.

The VIP tiers are reviewed and adjusted at the end of each calendar quarter.
