How do I buy in to a live event via the Luxon Pay app?

Select ‘Shop’ from your Luxon Pay wallet, then chose the live event series / venue name.
Click on your desired tournament & buy in. Your buy-in will be sent direct to the event operator. You will be provided with a unique code for collecting your entry.

Can I re-enter into a live event via the Luxon Pay app?

Yes, to re-enter a tournament you have previously bought into via Luxon Pay. Simply follow the initial buy in process and re-enter.

Can I receive my winnings back into my Luxon Pay wallet?

Yes, you can receive your payout direct into your Luxon Pay wallet, please arrange this with the event operator when cashing out.

How long does it take to receive my winnings back into my Luxon Pay wallet?

We aim to add your winnings to your Luxon Pay wallet as soon as possible. However, please allow 10 working days of the event finishing.

Can I send money for cash games via my Luxon Pay account?

Yes, selected venues allow you to send money for cash games. To do this select ‘Shop’ from your Luxon Pay wallet, then chose the live event series / venue name. Click “Transfer to [specific merchant]”, enter the amount you wish to send and add a reference for the cashier. You will be provided with a unique code for collecting your money.

Which currency do I need to use to buy in to a live event via the Luxon Pay app?

You will need to use the correct currency for the event you wish to buy into. If you don’t have the correct currency, you can do a currency exchange within your Luxon Pay wallet by selecting ‘exchange’.

Where can I see a list of upcoming events, I can buy into via the Luxon Pay app?

Click ‘Shop’ and you will see a full list of all events you are able to buy into via the Luxon Pay app.

Can I buy into an event for another user?

No, all buy-ins must be made by the user who wishes to play the event. However, you can use our instant transfer service to send money to another user with no fees. Click ‘Transfer’ to add a new contact or send to an existing contact.
