To become a Luxon Pay VIP, simply use your wallet to make deposits with eligible online or live merchants.

Once you reach the minimum quarterly merchant deposit threshold, your VIP status is activated automatically. It will remain active for the rest of the current quarter and the entire following quarter.

Luxon Pay offers three VIP levels:

• Classic – For fully verified customers who make €3,000–€9,999 in merchant deposits per calendar quarter
• Premium – For customers who make €10,000–€29,999 in merchant deposits per calendar quarter
• Noir – For customers who make €30,000+ in merchant deposits per calendar quarter

These thresholds apply to successful deposits made with eligible merchants. Equivalent amounts apply in other supported currencies.

To keep your current VIP level — or move up — you need to meet the minimum merchant deposit requirement in each calendar quarter.

Example:
If you reach Premium on 1 May, you will keep that tier for the rest of Q2 (May–June) and all of Q3 (July–September).
If you do not meet the deposit requirement again during Q3, your tier will change to Classic at the end of the quarter.

VIP levels are reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis.
