What is Luxon Pay and how does it work?

Luxon Pay is a multi-currency digital wallet (eWallet) that provides a secure and convenient way to make online payments and deposit funds with supported merchants.

Your Luxon Pay wallet allows you to hold multiple currencies and exchange between them instantly, all within one account.

You can also send and request money from friends around the world using your synced contacts, enabling fast and secure global transfers with no fees (limits apply).

What types of Luxon Pay accounts are there, and what are their limits?

Luxon Pay offers regular accounts and Business accounts.

Once your account is fully verified (add link for verification informations), your limits increase automatically.

Your VIP level also plays a part – to move up, use your Luxon Pay wallet to deposit with your favourite eligible online merchants. Reach the minimum quarterly threshold and your VIP status is confirmed for the next quarter.

Where is Luxon Pay available?

Luxon Pay is available in 132 countries worldwide.

There are different deposit methods available for each region.

How soon can I start using my Luxon Pay account?

You can start using your Luxon Pay account as soon as it has been set up and your proof of ID has been verified.

Are my account limits the same as my VIP tier?

No. Your account limits are determined by your verification level and merchant activity, not by your VIP tier.

If you obtained your VIP tier through merchant deposit activity, you can contact our Support Team
to review whether your limits can be adjusted accordingly.

You can also reach out to Support if you require higher limits for a specific reason.

How can I increase my account limits?

Your account limits are determined by your verification level and merchant activity.

Once your account is active, you can request higher limits and additional features by completing further verification. Approval may also depend on your VIP level.

You can increase your VIP tier by using your Luxon Pay wallet to make deposits with eligible online merchants. Once you reach the minimum quarterly merchant deposit threshold, your VIP status will be activated automatically for the next quarter. You can learn more on our Luxon VIP page.

If approved, your updated limits and features will usually be available within 1 working day.

Where can I access my account statements?

You can view and download your account statements from both the desktop version and the app. You can choose the currency, time period, and file format before downloading.

How do I update my personal details on my Luxon Pay account?

You can update most of your personal details directly in your account. To change your name or date of birth, please contact our Support Team via Live Chat.

How can I update the email address and mobile number linked to my Luxon Pay account?

You can update your email address and mobile number directly within your account.

You will receive a verification code to confirm your new contact details.

How can I change the language in my account?

You can change your preferred language either before logging in or from within your account.

Before logging in, use the language selector at the bottom of the screen.

Why has my Luxon Pay account been disabled?

In some cases, Luxon Pay may temporarily restrict access to an account to help protect your personal information and funds.

This may happen for several reasons, such as incomplete identity verification, an unverified source of funds, or outdated account information (for example tax details).

For assistance restoring access, please contact our Support Team and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I close my Luxon Pay account?

If you would like to close your Luxon Pay account, you can do so from your account settings.

Please note that once your account is deleted, you will not be able to create a new one.
