Exchange rates are updated every 10 minutes. Currency exchanges are subject to fees dependant on your VIP level.
From the dashboard, select ‘Currencies’. Choose the currency you wish to remove and press the three dots on the right hand side, then select Remove currency.
Please note in order to remove a currency you must hold a zero balance in the currency you wish to remove.
If you hold a balance in a currency you wish to remove, you should either withdraw the balance or exchange for another currency.
The fee you will be charged for currency exchange is dependant on your VIP level.
The conversion rate is updated every ten minutes.
The current limits and fees applicable for currency exchange shall be detailed on the Website and Luxon Pay reserves the right to modify the limits and fees from time to time. Any relevant fees will be shown to you on the App at the time of making a currency exchange.
Yes, depending on the type of account you have there will be limits in place for exchanging foreign currency. A full list of your account features is found by selecting ‘Account’ and then ‘Account features’.
From the dashboard select ‘Currencies’. Choose the currency you wish to add from the ‘Available currencies’ list and tap on the plus sign. Your new currency will be created instantly.
Step 1 – From your dashboard, select ‘Exchange’, enter the currency you wish to exchange.
Step 2 – Select the currency in the ‘To’ section.
Step 3 – Enter the ‘From’ amount and you will be shown the exchange rate.
Step 4 – Press ‘Continue’ and a summary screen will show your conversion.
Step 5 – All balances are updated immediately.
The exchange rate is the current price level in the market when directly exchanging one currency for another. The exchange rate is updated every 10 minutes.
Yes, you can send money in any currency to your contacts. An example being, if you are sending USD to a contact and they do not have a USD wallet in their Luxon Pay account, a USD wallet will be created and credited automatically for them.
Yes, you can increase your currency exchange limits. However, this will depend on the level of verification you have completed.
