Step 1 – From your ‘Dashboard’ select ‘Transfer’.
Step 2 – Ensure you are in the ‘Request’ tab.
Step 3 – Enter the amount and the currency you wish to request.
Step 4 – Add a reference, if required.
Step 5 – Press the ‘Send’ button.
Step 6 – You will see the payment request confirmation screen from which you can also copy a link of your payment request. Your payment request is only valid for 24 hours.
Step 7 – The contact that you have requested funds from will receive a notification that funds have been requested.
Step 8 – Once the payment request has been fulfilled the status of the request will change to completed.
