To verify your Luxon Pay account, you will need to provide the following documents:
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence. We do not accept birth certificates.
Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement, the document must clearly state your name and address and must be dated within the last six months.
Verifying your account will allow you to get higher limits and enhanced features. To make a deposit or receive funds you will need to verify your account.

We verify your data electronically and all documents must be uploaded via the app.
Once your documents have been verified, you will receive a push notification after you log in. You can view the status of your account by going to ‘Account’ and ‘Account information’. Here you can see if the account is ‘Verified’ or ‘Unverified’.
