How do I make a withdrawal?

To withdraw funds from your Luxon Pay account, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Transfer
2. Select Make a Withdrawal
3. Choose your withdrawal method

📱 App
1. Tap the Luxon Pay icon in the centre of the bottom menu
2. Select Withdraw
3. Choose your withdrawal method

📌 Note
Only payment methods you have previously used will be available for withdrawals.

How long does the withdrawal process take?

Withdrawal times depend on the method you choose:

• Card – Instant to 3 business days

• Bank transfer – Usually less than 1 business day, but can take up to 7 business days

• Alternative payment methods (APMs) – Up to 7 business days

Processing times may also vary depending on your location and banking provider.

My withdrawal has not been processed yet, what can I do?

Please allow the standard processing time for your chosen withdrawal method.

If your funds have not arrived after this period, contact our Support Team via Live Chat and we’ll look into it for you.

Do I have to withdraw to the same card I have made a deposit with?

Yes. For security reasons, withdrawals must be sent back to the same debit or credit card you originally used to make the deposit.

Can I make a withdrawal in USD?

Yes. You can withdraw funds in USD to a bank account that accepts USD.

When submitting your withdrawal, make sure you include the required US correspondent bank details.

What does a withdrawal to a bank in the SEPA region mean?

SEPA stands for the Single Euro Payments Area. It allows fast and low-cost euro transfers between participating countries.

The SEPA region includes:

• The 27 EU Member States
• EEA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway
• Non-EEA countries: the UK, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City

What does a withdrawal via the SWIFT network mean?

SWIFT is a global payment network that enables secure, cross-border transfers between banks.

Your withdrawal will be processed via SWIFT if you are:

• Sending USD, NOK, SEK, DKK, PLN, CHF, or CAD to any country
• Sending EUR to a country outside the SEPA region
• Sending GBP to a country outside the UK

Please note that SWIFT withdrawals may take longer to process and additional bank fees may apply.

Can I withdraw before making a deposit?

No. You must make a minimum deposit of €20 (or the equivalent in another supported currency) before you can make your first withdrawal.
