How do I make a withdrawal?

Step 1 – From your dashboard, select ‘Transfer’.

Step 2 – Select, ‘Make a withdrawal’.

Step 3 – Here you can select to withdraw to card, bank account or alternative payment method which you have previously deposited with.

 

How long does the withdrawal process take?

Withdrawals will vary from method to method, but as a general rule:

To card, can be instant but can also take up to 3 business days
To bank account, from less than one day up to 7 business days
To alternative payment method, can take up to 7 business days

My withdrawal has not been processed yet, what can I do?

Please allow the standard processing time for your withdrawal, then contact our Support Team, who will be able to help you further.

Do I have to withdraw to the same card I have made a deposit with?

Yes, you will only be able to withdraw to the same debit / credit card you have deposited with.

Can I make a withdrawal in USD?

Yes, only to the bank account that accepts USD. Please make sure you have provided the US Correspondent Bank details on your withdrawal. Fees may be applicable, see fees.

What does a withdrawal to a bank in the SEPA region mean?

The SEPA region consists of the 27 Member States of the European Union, 3 countries in the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and 6 non-European Economic Area countries (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City State) to which the geographical scope of SEPA has been extended.

What does a withdrawal via the SWIFT network mean?

SWIFT is an acronym for the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications. It was created to help banks communicate faster and more securely among themselves in relation to the processing of international payments. SWIFT withdrawals are classed as payments in the following currencies we support (USD, NOK, SEK, DKK, PLN, CHF, CAD ) sent to any country at all, EUR payments sent to any countries not in the SEPA country list above and any GBP payments if they are sent outside of UK.

Can I withdraw before making a deposit?

No, you must first deposit at least €20 or equivalent into your Luxon Pay account before you are able to withdraw money.

Is there a fee for withdrawals?

Withdrawal fees depend on your VIP status, and some withdrawals are subject to a fee. For more information, please see fees.

Your bank may charge you a fee if you do not withdraw using the same currency as the account you are withdrawing from, e.g. if you are withdrawing from your GBP Luxon Pay account, please ensure you use a GBP bank account or GBP card to avoid their fees. Your bank charging you a fee is out of our control.

Is there a minimum amount of money I can withdraw?

Yes, you must withdraw at least €20 or equivalent in other currencies.

I have entered wrong bank account details on my withdrawal, what should I do?
